Fits over 3/4 inch to 1 inch diameter poles. Thumb screw secures flange plate to pole. Easily removed for cleaning of feeders. Zinc-plated screws included. It’s made with 12 Gage / 0.104 steel plate and “mig” welded for maximum strength. 3 inch diameter.
